Light Up Dog Boots for Night Walks and Paw Protection

It gets dark at five now. She's a shadow moving somewhere ahead of you on the path, and the only way you know where she is, is the sound of her feet on the gravel.

These light up dog boots switch on as she walks. No buttons, no remote. The LEDs pick up her movement, so you can track her down an unlit road while the sole handles whatever she's walking on. They are sold as a pair, so order two for all four paws or one to cover her front feet.

What you're putting on her:

Breathable mesh up top, rubber underneath, straps across the middle. Light enough that most dogs stop noticing them a few minutes into the walk.

Here's the strap system up close. Two hook-and-loop bands pull the boot in above the paw, and the panel lines up the leg shapes they have to close over.

Turn one over and the tread is deep and textured, the way a walking shoe is. The LED sits out on the side of the mesh, so the light reads from a distance.

Getting the size right

Measure the width of her paw while she is standing, then compare that against the size chart before you order. Standing matters, because the paw spreads under her weight.

Between two sizes, go up. The larger one is the more comfortable fit.
