Washable Snuffle Ball for Dogs with Fleece Strips

The walk is done and he's still pacing the kitchen. Dogs are built to sniff and search, and a walk alone rarely uses that part of the brain. Give his nose something worth working for and he'll finally settle.

This snuffle ball for dogs hides treats inside rolled polar fleece strips threaded through a natural rubber core. The search takes concentration and works his scenting instinct, which is why it tires him out the way a walk doesn't.

Why he keeps coming back to it:

• Natural rubber core: hexagonal openings hold the strips in place, so treats stay hidden until they're earned
• Polar fleece strips: soft enough to nose and pull through, so the search never turns into frustration
• Adjustable difficulty: tighten or loosen the strips in seconds, so the toy grows with your dog
• Machine washable: runs through a gentle cycle, so it stays fresh after weeks of treats
• 4.7 inch size: small enough for a terrier and big enough for a shepherd, so one ball suits most breeds

Hiding the treats takes a minute. Loosen the strips, place kibble or small treats inside the openings or on top of the strips, then roll them back in and tie the ends. The tighter you roll, the harder the challenge.

This is foraging, not chewing. It is a sniffing and searching toy rather than a chew toy. The natural rubber core holds its shape under paws and noses, but supervise play and check the strips for wear.

Indoors or out, it works. Carpet on a rainy afternoon, grass at the park. Small dry treats and kibble release cleanly; skip anything sticky or oversized.
